Re: Grain and HIE

I think that D-76 straight has given me the best results with IR. 
 I have a 16x20 hanging in a show right now that looks good (in my opinion). 
I would try to keep every chemical the same in temp even the final wash.
Also, if you are over or underexposing IR your grain will multiply.  
When all else fails, do what the rest have been suggesting,  shoot Konica IR.
