                  Fifth Virtual Anniversary 

     Paranormal Photographic Investigations Conference 

                    to be held at the 
      Imaging and Photographic Technology Department 
    of the School of Photographic Arts and Sciences/RIT

    This  meeting of  local,  national,  international, 
    and  most other  current members  in good  standing
    of the universally acclaimed 

     Paranormal Photographic Investigations Consortium 

      (or PPIC for short) will take place on or about

                       April 1, 1999 

    This will be a  wonderful time to meet new friends, 
    learn of undocumented investigative  methodologies, 
    experience sensible and nonsensible sensory signals
    and experiments,  witness the  action of  invisible 
    forces, and assimilate the  latest theories realted 
    to instantaneous ionic intergalactic interactions. 

    To participate in this one-of-a-kind and truly rare
    and almost professionally organized meeting of some
    of the most gifted minds around, simply  synthesize
    your mental waveguide detector to the dominant tyro
    excimer of that period.
