<< 70mm is just a middle size between 120 and 135. A lot of reels for
developing tanks can be bought that are "adjustable" and will do 135, 120
and the middle 70mm. typicaly developing tanks (mine atleast) will do (2)
135 reels, (1) 70mm or (1) 120/220. because of their thicknesses (width of
film).

Well, that is not my understanding if you are referring to the width of the
reel. Actually, 70 mm film is wider than 120 format film. The 70 mm reels
(2) that I have are slightly wider than my 120 film reels. I have both the
Jobo reel (plastic) that takes 5 feet of 70 mm film and the Kindermann ss
reel which will take up to 15 feet of 70 mm film. The current Kindermann
tank for their 70 mm ss reel is made of plastic and is much larger in volume
than a 120 tank. My Jobo 70 mm reel however, will fit into the Jobo tanks
used for either 70mm or 120 format.
