This exact same thing happened in Shutterbug years ago. I contacted the
editor (Bob Shell) and complained to him about the error. He told me that
they found it before printing, but the publisher decided to let it go. I
only somewhat believed him, because this was not something hidden away in
the article, but highlighted to accompany the article.
