Pinholio strikes again!!

Hi Everyone,
I'm going to try to keep this short and sweet. I have a box of HSI
(sheet film) that is riddled with pinholes. My processing method uses D-76
and a water stop. The film was purchased from Vistek in Toronto, Canada last
fall, though at the moment I am living in The Netherlands. I have the box
and the emulsion number too. Does anyone have any advice as whether or not I
would have any luck in asking Kodak for help- possibly a replacement box?? I
shoot a fair amount of this film, but I have to shoot almost 3 times the
normal amount so that I can salvage a negative that has the least amount of
pinholes, very much the lesser of 2 evils. I figure that with all of the
film I have shot in the past and all of the pinholes I have put up with,
that a replacement box wouldn't be too far out of line or beyond
reasonability.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks a bunch,
    Clark
