Dear Clark,

Write to Kodak, and send "proof of pinholes". That's what I did last year, 
and was eventually compensated with one 25 sheet box of HSI.

I just sent this fellow a "what's happening" letter (which included 
posts/complaints from this group). I encourage you - and everyone else - to 
show and tell. Maybe Kodak will change it's ways.
