Although I've not seen the film, it's possible they used another manufacturers
film and printed it. Ilford does make black & white cine film, and if I remember
right, the SFX near IR films were produced for automated motion picture traffic
booths. It stands to reason that this could be what was used for many of the film
and TV commercials we've been discussing.
