HSI Pinholes again (was newcomer)

Welcome to the list.  Sounds as though you have an excellent solution
worked out with the 2x3.

Have recently updated the IR FAQ on my site with the answer to your question:

The bottom line is that it is a manufacturing process problem - contact
Kodak and ask for a refund or replacement box of film.

Please also let us know the batch number and expiry date, thanks.
