It's very much like regular b&w film in exposure settings. Set it at 200 and
meter through the 25 filter. Since it is mostly sensitive to visible light,
accurate metering of visible light is most important. You can make personal
adjustments with later rolls as you might do with, say, Ilford Delta 100. If
you need development information, use the instructions provided, go to the
Ilford site, or go to the massive development info site:
http://www.migol.dircon.co.uk/photo/devframe.html
But definitely use a 25 filter to get a slight infrared effect. That is, you
will have some lightening of foliage and skin, if those are elements of the
image. Other subjects may appear as normal B&W because they simply don't
reflect enough IR to be picked up by the very limited sensitivity of SFX 200.
So if you want any IR effect, you must use the filter and choose your subject
and lighting conditions carefully, to get B&W with a little extra ooomph to it.
