I agree. The MACO film might be an alternative to Konica, of course not
a substitute for HIE. Personally I prefer Konica: If I use an orange or
red filter, results are very similar to those obtained with MACO Ir and
a Wratten #88something. However, I can compose the shot and meter trough
a Wratten #25, while I have to screw the #88 on and off... Besides that,
I would like to have at least SOME halos...
