I just the plain old small plastic tanks.  You really don't have to worry 
about light leaks in your tank... just make sure it is closed all the way.  
Light travels in a straight line, so the tanks are made so the light may hit 
the inside of the funnel part but it can't get in and under the bottom to 
where the film is!  I've never had any problems with light leaks in any tanks 
I've used  ;-)

As for changing bags... I'll let someone else answer that one  ;-)
I still need to find a good IR-proof one!
