HIE with Fuji 6x9

There was a lot of discussion recently about using 
70mm rolls of HIE with MF cameras. I understand that
at least some systems offer dedicated 70mm backs. My
question is, how can I use this film with a
rangefinder 
camera? Anybody has any ideas, personal experience?

I also recall that somebody is selling HIE in
self-made 220 rolls for $25/roll, but that may prove
costly in a long run given just 16 frames/roll.
