thanks to stan, walter, skip/pat, adrian and jack for writing.

i guess some backstage tales behind those images are in order.

what i do:
i only shoot b/w, nearly all images captured shot in available light.
the images are used in many different areas of visual industries.
from simple flyers to corporate profile,
from postcards to fine art pieces.

nudes:
started figure studies quite recent, a year ago.
very challenging indeed, as well as good fun.
lately, body parts or body landscape, becoming a favourite subject.

kyoto gallery:
tsutomu 'gordon' otsuka, editor in chief for the kyoto photo press, 
the kind gentleman who let me exhibited the images on his realm.

the story behind the exhibited images:
all  images were taken in available natural light, window light.
in a very short period of time. an hour or less. 
since the models are not pro, they're good friends of the family.
when all of a sudden they were in the mood, and i happen to carry my
dedicated nikon f3 with filter no.87 'btfr'. 

asa setting on the camera is 400.
metering through ttl. prefer to under expose.
developed with undiluted d-76 for 12 minutes.
often printed on ilford mg4 fb warm tone, or
kentmere fine print vc fb warm tone.
then selenium toned 1+5 to achieve a slight purple hue.
