Kodak announced that HSI sheet film was discontinued on November 19th 1999.

There is more information about HSI in the Infared FAQ (URL in sig file).

The only remaining HSI 4x5 film available is what is left in stock.  At the
end of last year there were about 30 packs of HSI held by Kodak UK - I
ordered two of those......

The alternative is the new MACO infrared film, however the film's
sensitivity does not extend as far into the infrared light spectrum - info
in the FAQ. The MACO 4x5 will be available in February.  Currently it is
possible to obtain test samples for approximately half the normal retail
price.
