Yes, it certainly would. I have Konica IR this old that has been stored in
the freezer, and I expect it to perform just fine when I need it. However,
if the film has been kept at room temperature, then ithas probably been
fogged and lost sensitivity. I wouldn't use it for anything important until
I had tested it out.
