I've found Konica to be very robust even under conditions of extended 
exposure to heat.... but 7 years is a long time for a film. Given that it's 
only one roll all you can do is try it and see what happens... and prepare 
yourself for a possible disappointment (so you'll be very happy if anything 
works at all)
