The Russians did win the cold war and are using very advanced game therory.

the National Security Agency and they cut off e-mail to the terminals that

e-mail thru:  www.nsa.gov   It is very important for a government to look
like
they are in charge, but just a few Russians came up with a fool proof, zero
time
solution  and the NSA, The FBI, and so on will not discuss this total loss
