Sony VX2000 Camcorder & IR

It appears the new Sony VX2000 camcorder has an infrared blocking filter. I 
tried some experiments with a B+W 092 filter. The results, and some other 
images, are at http://www.teleport.com/~pmagee/vx2000.htm

My Panasonic PV-DV710 has no blocking filter and does a great job with IR 
imaging. Too bad I have to sell it to help pay for this new "beast".
