I think that this is one of those things where many people shoot it very
differently.  Is this the 35mm or 120 version?  With the 120 version, I meter
at EI 8 through a #25 filter.  When I tried doing this with the 35mm version
the result was overexposure.  The developer you use has to do with the speed at
which you shoot.  I develop Konica with Rodinal.

I would imagine that you will have lost a good bit of speed, since it was
refrigerated, not frozen.  I would try extending the development.  Your guess
is as good as mine as to how long to extend it.  I would try 25% for the first
one and adjust for the second.
