Hai Ralph,

I assume that you have a Combi-Plan tank or similair? I have heard
people complain about them: uneven development and too long pouring and
draining times. I would look into tray development, or the tubes, which
work nice (or invest in a JOBO, am very happy with it).

The film is too expensive too mess around with, let alone the time and
effort which have been put in making the exposure in the first place..

Good luck,

Cor
