I believe I found them on my lunch hour
visit to CT. It is called a Wide Angle Door
Viewer and the number is 46-8700-8. The ones
they had were black plastic rather than the
white I recall on your kit.
AND! they were on sale for $7.49 CDN. So
I bought the last two they had.
The other CT store in Saskatoon might still
have some. I could phone there if some US-ian
really wants a pair.
BTW the prism gives you a right side up image.
The optics are such that a 90 degree rotation of
the viewer gives a 180 degree rotation of the
image. My poor brain can't quite figure out how
that works.
