To be honest, I am lurker here... I have never used a MF camera
(but have experienced MF viewing of other people's images).
Just about everything I have done in my photography is with
35mm film and equipment.  I believe the issues are the same.
The concepts of stereo window, alignment of images, excessive
deviation, convergence, keystoning, etc., are the same and if
you understand them in 35mm and you know them for MF and visa
versa.  Because of the small size of the images I might say it
is more critical/difficult to get some of the mounting/alignment 
issues straightened out in 35mm film chips.
