I use a de Wijs Comby.  Magnificent! Ortho'ness depends on where I had my
camera's zoom lenses set to (for my horizontal-only format camera), but it
*could* be ortho if it were set to match.  Illumination is decent too. 
Actually, 
the de Wijs Comby (and the other metal version that I've not a name for) work 
fantastically even without the light adapter (of which I've only one, and 
switch it between the two viewers).  Their light collector glass works really 
amazingly well.

If you're going to the NSA convention, see if Jon brought one for you
to look at.  The Comby is awesome.  Truly it is!  I feel
privileged to have one.

P.S. - The comby works fine for vertical oriented 2x2's, the "other"
       de Wijs doesn't -- horizontal orientation only.
