Well, number 6 may or may not be used, "we'll see", but even for
non-special effects reasons one can use number five for 2D titles
that "sit" on the screen. An easy to make 2D title could be projected
by the fifth with a stereo-pair being projected "behind" it, then
from there do the fade-in/fade-out the stereo image to another stereo
pair (w/other pair of projectors) and probably fade-out the title too.

There are special effects I can think of that could use all six (or
more for that matter). Six just is the number the two triple
("Chief") racks hold. I may need more space than they provide to
hold the 4-track cassette tape and Arion controller equipment so
the 6th projector location may be used for other equipment.
I'm still figuring things out. My "vision" is to be able to see
some of my projected slides from somewhere other than way back behind the
projector fussing with the slides simultaneously, so "I'm working on it". :-)

I've been an eBay maniac of late. :-)

P.S. - The 2D title idea is something I got from Neil Stellar in the CSC. His
shows use three projectors with the third one being the 2D title
projector (and he uses it for other "special effects"). His great
shows are something I aspire to emulate. :-)
