I think I figured out what happened.  I don't know how
to get a cable release for the camera since it is some
wierd size (a russian kinda thing, I suppose), and no
mater how hard I try to screw the Kiev into the slide
bar, it is still loose.  I think that I probably
caused some "toe out" to happen on the second shot.

Any idea on how to solve this problem?
