Well, back in 1993, we put on the ISU congress in Eastbourne. As manager of 
the projection theatre, I was responsible for ensuring that everything 
worked. 

One of the shows that stood out for sheer image quality was by Werner Weiser. 
He shoots using a Heidoscop (or it mught be a Rolleidoscop...) and projects 
with a projector built by Hugo de Wijs. Now those cameras are pre-war 
vintage, so certainly not state of the art optics.

But the images on screen are superb. His show was what started me on the road 
to MF. 

He put on another show in Lindau this year. Still the same camera and 
projector. And the quality still stood out over and above images from RBTs 
and other 35mm cameras!

So now I'm on the track of some MF projectors... One day!
