When I shoot 6x7 stereo, I simply crop it down to 6x6. It
should be possible to squeeze a -little- more out of the
Spicer mounts, but not a full 6x7.

Anything larger gets larger than the normal eye spacing, and
so requires a special viewer, using prisms or mirrors and
the like.

I've viewed 4x5 stereo on a light table using a View Magic
viewer. I haven't had opportunity, but plan to try 6x17cm
stereo, to view using the same method.

Now there's a cha-cha! My Fuji G617 camera has a four-stroke
advance. Have to find a pretty stable scene ;)
