4x5 light panels

I stopped by B & H to have a look at their 4x5 light panels. They
had three on display, the Cabin, the Logan, and some other crappy
looking one.

The Cabin, it will be no surprise, looked great. The plastic housing
has a nice, high quality look. They did not have a Logan 4x5, and
the sales man didn't think they sold one. Then he remembered they
did, but didn't have one and and besides he didn't like it as much.
His favorite was the third no-name brand, which I had never heard of
and have already forgotten. The no-name was clumsy looking, and not
as symmetrical.

The way he acted, I honestly think they had a bait-and-switch thing
going. He was evasive Me, I'd rather have the Logan, the larger
ones had nicer styling.

I could not see any difference between the cheapest and the most
expensive. The color looked the same, the brightness was similar if
not the same, and of course the illuminated size was the same. That
nice color and brightness makes me anxious for my package from
DigiKey.

If I weren't already to build my own version, I would get the Logan.
The Cabin looked terrific, but I don't think it looked $20 better.

Cheers, Tom
