Thanks to all who commented about the "reply-to" setting.

When we first set up the APEC list on listbot, it was
not even possible to set it to "reply to list."  It
caused a few people some difficulty for about the first
week, but it seemed that everyone quickly adjusted.

I'll finish setting up the list shortly and send an
announcement through it when it's ready to go.
