Alpers update

Hello all ---

Just a quick note to update all of you on what's going on
in our lives...

Last Thursday, after a bunch of work, we put our house
on the market. I priced it 10k higher than what the
realtor recommended, and planned to leave it there for
30-45 days while we saw what happened.

Well, yesterday, we got a full price offer! Unfortunately
it came with a quite aggressive closing date, and up until
last night we hadn't seriously begun looking for something
to replace it (thinking we had time). So we are now quite
in earnest in our search for a new place to live that we
can buy and move into within about 2 weeks.

Just wanted to let you know - I know some of you have
sent me emails about one thing or another, and I beg your
patience while I sort out this new priority for my time.  ;)
