Joel's folio?

I can't recall what the status of Joel's folio is.  I put comments on the
web page in April, but I can't see any additional ones.

Is there something wrong with the web page
http://www.frii.com/~rkymtmem/folios/mf2.html or is the folio hibernating
somewhere?
