  Our two real camera stores in Saskatoon both
carry them. 75cents (CDN) at one and about $2
at the other (last time I checked).

  I can get you some if you want. Two of them
and a bubble envelope should't be more than
$2 or $3 US.

  I don't have it bookmarked but did find
it with AltaVista (I think) last time I looked
for it. Not much of a web site IMO since they
don't have their surplus optics on their and
don't sell to Canada either. But YMMV.
