Variable brightness battery pack for Cabin Light Panel

Hi gang,

  I put up a schematic of my switchable 6V/4.8V AA nicad
pack. I expect it to last 2 hours on the bright setting
or 3.4 on the dimmer one.

  At lunch today I dropped in at the Battery Boys store
to get them to make the heatshrunk AA pack. Going to
cost $24.95 CDN for 900 mAh cells assembled. The switch
and connectors to the Light Panel and charging supply
I'll have to add myself.

  BTW it sounds like George T is going to get a Cabin
LP for his Hugo de Wijs Comby viewer. 1/5 the price
of Hugos light and quite a bit smaller (in volume).
