I think so, but then it's my list :)

I kinda amazed myself by what I can get
done when I have a big stretch of uninterrupted
time. Usually I have an hour or less after
Dawn and the kids are asleep and I'm seldom
ambitious enough to start something big.

>Question: which model do you have???
I have an L and Bob has 2 or 3 L's.
I found a Diacord G on Goodwin Photos
web page and have ordered it. They all
have the same Rikenon lens though some
older cameras have f3.5 viewing lenses
and others (& the 225) have an f3.2
viewing lens. The taking is always f3.5
>You mentioned f/32 on your wish list, but you show these all
>as having maximum of f/22.
Yes, but I discovered that the shutter
when removed from the camera will stop
down to about f45 (even with only 5 aperture
blades! Surprised me). Due to some gearing
in the 225 (and Diacord I think) lens panel
you won't be able to mod it to go past f32
or the last tooth of a partially toothed ring
will disengage.
So I'm pretty sure I can get f32, or at
least f22+2/3 stops. (The last 3.5 teeth are
engaged at f22 so f32 should leave the last
tooth 1/2 engaged.)
>Though on your diacordg.html page, you say 'f/22 *' but there's
>no (that I could see) footnote for the '*'...
Typo, sorry. The Diacord G manual I have
says f16 as the smallest stop but a Diacord
fan I've been e-talking to says his goes to
f22. Could be something they changed over time.
The more I learn about Ricoh's TLRs the
more unsure I become :)
>Question: was Beth much help? <grin>
She chewed on the 1/8" hexagonal
brass tubing piece I bought for coupling
the focus. It didn't fit, so I'm back
to my first method of using slightl
squashed 1/8" square brass tubing.
>It'd be nice to find a way. Linked apertures

I know. I'm going to try real hard.
And if I can't figure it out maybe Sam
can when I send him the whole contraption.

I'm not confident I can reroll the film a
bunch of times without getting it too lose
or having it run crooked and then tear.
I'm thinking of just removing the taking
lens/shutter from all the cameras and
using them as a projection lens. Use them
to project some corner dots, mark them
on the wall and try the next lens. We'll
have to discuss this more later.
Ideally we could have a standard method
then Bob and I can each measure our lenses
and then do some swapping if necessary to
get the best match.
