The copal square mechanical shutters are marvels of engineering and very 
reliable. The East German equivalent used in Prakticas are also well made 
and relatively simple. Electronic shutters like on the ME Super are a LOT 
more complex and problem-prone. I have boxes of this junk if you really 
want to tinker!
