I searched all over for small screws to replace the stripped
out ones on my Sputnik lenses. I finally found then at
Caboose Hobbies in Denver. Here's a link:

I bought several packets of 0-80 x 1/8 and 1-72 x 1/8 in
both brass and steel plus a couple taps. The tap screws in
easily by hand as the metal is soft. I can't remember which
size screw I used. 1/8" was still a bit long but usable. If
a lens shade is used it needs to be cut because the screws
stick out.
Good Luck,
Rod S.
