I'm very pleased to find out that my neighbors to the south are so enticed 
by 3d that they have both an NSA and the SSA. Perhaps there is a USASA , a 
YSA and a USMFSA as well?

Regarding this Delta Folio, is it safe to conclude that for me as a 
Canadian I would have to pay $48 USD in order to be permitted to share my 
MF stereo slides with this group?

  As one trying to promote MF stereo photography to all, I find this a 
little disturbing and perhaps a little elitist. I certainly can understand 
a $10 fee to cover the cost of  the original mailing package and any 
organizational costs, but why the insistence of being an NSA member as well?

I am very proud of those on this list that have taken the time and effort 
to share but their work and knowledge free of charge.
