Good luck! ;-)
I tried this without much success. Ernie was kind enough to
chime in. He mentioned he didn't mind the laid back approach
to this folio that caused long circuit times. As he was the
only one to speak up publicly on the subject, the final vote
was 1-0 in favor of leaving things as they are. (As the
originator of the change proposal, I disqualified my own vote.)

I think the one-week time frame was tight if comments are mandatory.
10 days might be enough, but two weeks is OK with me.

I've talked to Joel about moving the comments page over to RMM,
but he seems content to leave it on his personal ISP account.
Inertia may have something to do with; we would have to transfer
the data files and the program source code and re-compile the
program. I'm not a Unix whiz, so I would need help figuring out
how to compile the source and get everything set up correctly.
That would make a lot more work for Joel, so the comments page
will probably stay where it is. Brian, I'll send you the info
on how to start a new "loop" on the comments page.

There haven't been any problems that I know of with the existing
MF folios or the many SSA folios that travel by mail. This might
be going a bit overboard. I've heard reports of some delivery
methods being unreliable in some parts of the country. I don't
think any one delivery service will be perfect everywhere, while
keeping costs reasonable.

Steve said he plans to withdraw his slides when the folio gets
back to him, and won't have more to put in this time.

Joel's guest slides have now made a full circuit (some of us
saw them twice) so they ought to be sent back to him now.

Lester had the folio just before you; he told me he had not taken
any MF stereo in over a year and does not have time to take more MF
stereo pics at this time. We'll definitely miss having his images
in the folio!

Changing the routing mid-stream causes some problems with images
not being seen by everyone, while others see them twice. I can
send you the routing as it was for the last loop, but I don't have
everyone's mailing address.
