"Build Your Own View Camera" by Bert West (ISBN: 1-886757-07-0) also
includes bellows making instructions.

There was also a very good article ("How to build a camera bellows" by
Mike Robinson) in "View Camera" magazine <URL://www.viewcamera.com/>
in the July/August 1996 issue, but that issue sold out.  You may be
able to buy a photocopy of the article by contacting them.
