6x12 constellations

Dear gang,
Could anyone give me an impression about the differences between the
Silvestri and Horseman 6x12 configurations?
- the Horseman 6x12 has a fixed 4x5" adapter....the Silvestri is a
bare back, fitting into an 4x5" adapter (which adapter also takes 6x12
ground glass)
- Silvestri has a rotating feature on some cameras, allowing both
horizontal & vertical orientation....does this also apply to Horseman?
- Does the rotating mechanism consume valuable space when considering
extreme wide angles like 47mm and 35mm? Horseman lists a 35mm
configuration....Silvestri not....really impossible?
