These are my two current options for enlargements for pan negs:
1. Get a proof sheet completed for the roll & choose the best shot(s).
2. Enlarge these using an 11x14 enlarger, at my local photo shop.
But the print is still not really that "big".
*OR*
1. Get a proof sheet completed for the roll & choose the best shot(s).
2. Scan the proof or enlargement
3. Print out using Epson Stylus at 1440 dpi, size 8 1/2 by 23+.
For higher quality prints, this can take a long time.
Getting the color balance perfect is also time consuming.
The results are ok, but not really as nice as the print option, IMO.
I am looking for other alternatives. Please share your thoughts.
