To save the trouble of building a whole new camera I would be using 35mm
film in my 120 camera:

#1 with some darkroom gymnastics I would load 35mm film into 120 backing
paper or

#2 have adaptors made to allow the use 35mm cassettes in a 120 magazine
(you need two, a take up cassette as in 70mm backs)........
