I am using a scantech camera although not the voyageur and once I figured
out that the tripod head I was using it on was no good the camera has
worked fine, although I haven't used it enough to check for breakdowns. It
definitely cannot be handheld, I did tilt the camera to take pictures down
a flight of stairs and had no problems with that. I haven't tried to shoot
vertically yet, but hope to have that chance sometime within the next week.
The big problem is going to be how to scan in an 8 inch negative on a
scanner that will do 5 inch negatives.
