Ron et al,

Totally in agreement. When all else fails make some assumptions based on
"common practice" ... this is exactly what I was referring to when I
suggested "benchmarks" were needed. There is always a chance for a big mistake
but proceedeing on a well based hunch is usually better than doing nothing.
