"Do you really only want to look at the images on your computer screen? "..
Yes, Andy. I do. It is a lot of fun. Panorama as a digital medium has a lot
of attributes specific to the computer technology if it is used as a
interactive element in the show. That is what we were trying to do a decade
ago as the "interactive film". Going digital doesn't mean to destroy real
photography, that's just a deferent medium. I have no reason to print every
one of my image. I still love B/W photos but have a lot of fun by turning
and zooming QTVR's to.

Robert's prices:
#1.Cam = $370 _ Hmmm.... I've seen even cheeper but do I want to use it?????
OK about $1200
#2.PaintShop Pro $70 (with rebate) <...is even more powerfull that the full
priced PhotoShop 6> _ Don't know how many years you were working with
Photoshop, but I will hesetate to agree with your opinion.
#3."Stitching software Free" _ If you are serious about panoramas I will
sugest to sacrifice those $50 for something like "Photovista" (no, I'm not
advertising this particular software.)
#4. What about pano-head for proper leveling. Kaidan products are around
$200. (Maybe somebody is doing the same thing cheeper, I don't know).
#5. "....cost to produce state of the art panoramic imaging $440 !!!" _
Again, I can't agree with it. To produce the state of art image you need to
add several years of your study of the composition, color and mood creation.
This is you, not those $440 or even $44000.
Nothing personal, just my thoughts.
