Speaking of panoramic 3D, I visited an interesting webpage yesterday. The
California Museum of Photography has taken some historical panoramas and
used Apple's Quicktime VR on them. This allows you view the scene as if you
are there, turning your viewpoint left and right.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get their images to work on my Windows
computer. I contacted them and we are trying to solve the problem.
