Re: Stereo Microscope




The coolest thing these days for stereomicroscopy is something by a 
company called Edge. They do up a microscope such that you get oblique 
lighting sonewhat akin to a darkfield condenser, then split it into four 
beams and polarize them, analyzing at the eyepiece. The setup gives great 
depth of field, wonderful stereo micro and macro and scrapes up more 
resolution to boot by lighting with the edge of the higher order rings.
 They also have one for Fluorescence. Very hot stuff. 
BTW, I'm only a fan of theirs, no connections.
