White Weddings and Stereomounts

Today I received a call from Terry Svec, a 3-D comrade from Illinois who
requested RBT mounts in all-white halves.  At first I thought
"why"........but faster than you can say "I do" he told me that he shoots
weddings.....and the white finish augments the presentation package, sort of
like what Holson did years ago with the white Brumberger viewer and white
matching plastic snap together slides.

Certainly the white side is reflective of heat for projection purposes, and
the black side offers greater isolation from light bleeding in a viewer, but
does anybody have any other innovative ideas about how the black/white,
all-black, all- white combinations can be used.  If you come up with a good
one, I'll send you a few complimentary RBT's in the size of your
choice....and I would like to add that information to the users group mailer
that will be going out in the spring to all that have requested before.

Where have I been all this time?,  too busy mounting slides! Why did I not
think of that innovative idea.....so hats off to Terry, who also does very
ambitious work with 3-D at Southern Illinois University.
There, he regularly creates and presents 3-D programs used for entertainment
at recruitment functions for students looking to apply to the University.
 What an impactful way to show the campus off....with hyperstereos shot from
planes of the school as Tery described.  I encouraged him to see about
enetering some of his 3-D-D-D eye candddy in the Rochester 96 Stereo Theatre.
