There is only one type of glue to use on View-Master reels and that is Elmers
Stixall.

This great stuff can be pulled off of film chips without damage. Best to
sepperate the two halfs and glue chips in first, then add the top. Apply glue
in small dots with a toothpick or similar tool. Put a weight on top over
night.

DO NOT APPLY HEAT TO THE REELS !!! They will come apart every time.

To flatten reels lay a weight on top. Reverse bending will break glue
contact, so don't do this.

Viewer rings can be removed with a Pink Pearl (soft pink) eraser. We use the
type that is made into a pencil shape (it works the best for us). When the
rings have been erased to your satisfaction, use a Kleenex brand facial
tissue to give the reel back a little of its
"gloss".

Hope this info helps you out. If you need any more info, just E-mail or
call.

Best Wishes
