     Steve - I feel like a bonehead.  
     
     I do have the original leather case, but I didn't put it on the 
     camera, because I was too busy fiddling with it (looking it over 
     carefully, trying to figure out what all the knobs, windows & dials 
     are, and how to load & work it), and then I rushed out to go get some 
     quick shots.
     
     I'll put the case on and see it this solves the problem.

     It might have been more appropriate to send:
